For the lawyers on here: How likely is it that trump puts up a bond, sues to have the judgement overturned and ends up having it reduced- maybe the penalty part (or whatever it’s called) ? The amount is so large and the prohibition against operating a NY business seemingly harsh, it would seem ripe for adjustment.

Would be described as “total vindication” by a certain orange-hued four-flusher of course.

Who's going lend him the money for the bond? Vlad? MBS? Elon?

I suspect that somebody will with certain assurances of government actions if he were to become President again. At this point, that is the value that he has to sell...

The scariest thing about Trump's financial situation is what classified docs he still has that might be of value to our enemies.

I can’t wait for Election Night. The meltdown will make the 2016 Election Night meltdown look like a collective sigh.

That makes him smart. He won’t pay a dime. All you’re doing is cementing his election with this stuff. He laughs at you, because you’re doing exactly what he wants you to do.

So smart that he owes $400 million and facing 91 felony charges. Such genius. Got us right where he wants us!

And up by 4 or 5 in the polls. Yeah, I’d say he does have us right where he wants us, because if he wins, zero chance the charges and fines stick. That’s a lot better than most people are going to do this year.

Seems like it may have been smarter to just act like a normal adult and cruise to re-election with the built-in GOP electoral college advantage but I guess I'm no political genius.

And you'll disappear again after he loses just like you did when those Matt Bevins victory party banners were thrown in the trash.

Do you ever take a step back and think "wow I'm arguing that actually it's a good thing that he got fined upwards of $500 million dollars and faces 91 felony counts?"

The fun part is this looks to be some rando. Hopefully she is grifting the grifters. So far 1/2 million raised. Only $500 million more to go!

I think he can get a loan anywhere IF the institution is not registered in NY (something pretty difficult considering NY is one of the, if not THE, financial capitals of the world.
