We have had sooo many high rated recruits not pan out for one reason or another. Randy Russell, Robinson were medical. Isaiah walker, Braun, black, Wingo, steele, Clayton etc etc.

Seems like more than the normal average of players that haven't worked out for various reasons

 

4 star. Couldn’t beat out 3 stars Torrance (potential 1st round draft pick), Leonard, or White. Weird.

 

I heard he got married and this may have played a part in his leaving. He also lost weight.

 

Doing so to concentrate on academics(graduate) and to keep his redshirt so when he portals he will have 2 yrs I assume. If he stays on the team and gets called up to play even one play he can lose his entire year of eligibility.

 

I thought players now get 4 games. Since I'm not sure I'll ask everyone. Is that right?

 

They do but he has played in two(just read the article) I guess he doesn't want to take the chance of losing his RS.

 

So what if he says something. He wants to move on. No reason to keep practicing. Rest his body, graduate and enter the portal Dec. 5.

Fair enough. But maybe he doesn't feel that's his obligation. Perhaps, for whatever reasons, he feels he does not owe it.

 

So he blows his knee out in practice, why risk it.

 

Perhaps they already knew.

 

If he’s finishing his degree, he’s free to go wherever he wants.

 

The fact that they hardly played him this year shows that they probably could see this coming.
