    LOL. Perhaps you forgot what you posted. In your first post you stated very clearly, "Life without parole should be an automatic death penalty" and later "Life in prison should be death. Period." I pointed out that there are many people with that sentence that simply violated our burglary statutes in specific ways. No injuries or deaths involved. People sentenced to life without parole under those laws should never be facing the possibility of execution. Thankfully, there is a US Constitution and Bill of Rights to protect people from your thought process. The Eighth Amendment prohibits cruel and unusual punishment. Similarly, even murderers aren't put to death "AUTOMATICALLY"...more pesky rights in that Bill of Rights thing.

    The 'punk ass Judge" you referred to sentenced Ibarra to the maximum sentence he was allowed to impose. The "punk ass lawyer" who runs the district attorney's office in Athens made the decision not to seek the death penalty. That decision was uniquely hers under Georgia law.
