I just saw this on ESPN. Surprising to me, maybe shocking. Huskers must have broke the NIL .

During her post-championship-game interview, she didn't seem very happy. I think she wants to hit and run, and Patty doesn't let her do that (or OU has too many better hitters).

I also don't doubt the rumors that Canady is headed to Norman. Which would be about right.

I don't think there's any substance behind canady to norman..... yet anyway. Do you have any inside info?

I would think a degree from Stanford is much more valuable than one from Oklahoma.

I don’t have any info other than stuff being tossed around OU message boards.

A degree from Stanford or UF is more valuable theoretically than OU, but at Stanford you’ll likely not win a title, and I think that matters to kids more than it should. Plus, when you’re an all American and likely an Olympian and such, even with an Oklahoma degree it’s not like you’re walking into interviews counting on your diploma to impress.

LOL a. OU degree is as good as most. Don’t be so pompous that a UF or Stanford degree is the end all . As I look at some of the degrees our athletes are getting it is a joke.

Well, sure u can be successful with any college degree, even successful without one for that matter. However, all things being equal, a Stanford and to a lesser extent a UF degree demands a lot more respect in the business world than a degree from Boomer Sooner land. No need to diminish UFs academic reputation.

Not diminishing anything ! But the major ms that are offered from UF or any other school is pedestrian at best
A Parks and Recreation diploma from UF is more distinguished than the same from Texas ? You are full of poop if you believe that. And don’t put UF academic prowess in the same breath as Stanford. Please don’t get silly on me .

Most colleges at any level will provide a valuable degree because each will specialize in something other colleges won’t. I’m sure Nebraska or ou or Kansas or osu or whoever has various specialties that maybe a UF or Stanford will not have. Same thing for any smaller colleges or technical school or junior college.

I know , I love getting people fired up. So everyone who is a student at UF who takes real classes with some rigor in its curriculum.

Not all, but some folks (parents) actually value/ care about academics, tho you've well documented in the past that u are not one of those.. In fact it seems that u feel that the University is. just there to support the football team. In fact maybe we should dumb down the academics some.

Any further discussion on the subject is a waste of our time.
