Blowing the teency tiniest bit of credibility he had left, Turley jumped the shark like Evil Knievel leaping Snake River Canyon.

In a tweet, he stated that the alleged crimes of Joe Biden's great, great grandfather prove that the president has a genetic disposition towards crime.

He's a complete and total idiot.

'Yikes': Experts school Trump's favorite law professor for attack on Biden's ancestor

Former Republican strategist Stuart Stevens also had a take on Turley's column.

"It cost $91,000 a year to attend [George Washington University Law] to be taught by someone who actually wrote a piece about natural selection," Stevens said on Sunday. "I will grant [Turley] the benefit of the doubt that he is about to be charged with some heinous crime and is preparing an insanity defense, but otherwise, this is the stuff of Trump University Law School. Alina Habba would be embarrassed."

Yikes. Met him several times, and worked on a brief with him once. That was before the crazy.

Did he mention trump's grandfather - a pimp or his father who was arrested for participating in a violent KKK march (charges dropped) and for housing code violations?

When you read it in context I don’t think he was serious, it’s just one of those dumb since things people say about politicians they don’t like. I could easily see something like that posted here from either side.
Doesn’t change the fact that Turley has little business teaching America’s youth though.

While I don’t know his personal ideology, he was the Constitutional legal analyst for MSNBC during the Obama years, so I think he just sells himself to the network that pays him.

Oh absolutely. Just look at his body language. Every time right before he says something that’s absolute BS he cocks his head down to the right and develops a slight smirk. Once you see it you can’t unsee it.

Sadly, I think the same applies to Alan Dershowitz.

He just started teaching at GW when I went there, and he was very well regarded at the time. But my goodness, that guy just loves being on-camera at Fox, and has sold his soul to stay there. He now just takes every position Trump takes, and supports it, giving Trump the Turley blessing. It is really sad to see.

With the caveat that I don’t personally know the guy, that reads like a smartass comment (as most “runs in the family” type comments are), not an actual suggestion that there is a criminality gene that Joe Biden might have inherited from some distant ancestor.

Look at Hunter and his siblings all "working" for foreign government interests and tell me Joe didn't rub off on him. Maybe Joe's dad and grandfather were criminals... But that was a dumbazz thing for Turley to post/say.
