Not sure of your source that Askenazic Jews are genetically Italian. The study begs to differ.
AJs were localized to modern-day Turkey and found to be genetically closest to Turkic, southern Caucasian, and Iranian populations, suggesting a common origin in Iranian “Ashkenaz” lands (Das et al., 2016).

As far your question "Who do you want flying your plane, Capt Sully or Capt Shaniqua?" is concerned, I wouldn't have any problem with Capt. Shaniqua flying my plane if she was a graduate of the Air Force Academy, had extensive experience as a fighter pilot and thousands of hours as an airline pilot like Sullenberger. In determining any person's qualifications for a position the least significant factor (in fact it's completely irrelevant) is their ethnicity or place of birth. It's their education, experience and accomplishments.

By the way please provide a link to the article by the Harvard PhD.

If you look around the world you'll see that per capital GDP is clos

ely associated with a country's IQ average.

Everybody knows the US IQ average is dropping. Google it.

Lowering the US IQ average makes America weaker that's what you support.

Link, please. Back up your statements.

And who is going to have the higher IQ? The minority student with a graduate degree? Or the Caucasian who dropped out of high school?

Speaking of college degrees, there are more than 2X Hispanic college students now than in 2005. And to me too, education and qualifications matter. Who would you rather do your taxes? Someone named Jose, a CPA with an MBA? Or John, who barely graduated high school and works at the Dollar Store?

Again, we have labor needs. What's your solution to fill the 3 million more open jobs than currently unemployed? And do you honestly think adding 8 million more open positions by deporting undocumented is a solid plan?

Extremely flawed paper. First, it doesn't take into account taxes paid by illegal immigrant households and secondly, it defines illegal immigrant households as well as fiscal costs very broadly. For example, a household with one undocumented alien and two citizen children would be considered a household headed by an unlawful immigrant. If the children were receiving subsidized school lunches that would be considered a cost. Similarly the cost of educating the children would also be considered another fiscal burden.
