Thinking this may be true as well. A bad Arkansas comes to our house last week and beats us. Meanwhile Auburn beats that same team at their house today as if they were clubbing baby seals. Let's hope there are no more defections.
I’m starting to question the coaching. Yes they are young, but they aren’t rookies anymore. This is game 10 and you still see the same mistakes. Defense is a huge concern and then you start loosing needed depth and talent on D
I'm with you on the issues with our D, but I'm also trying to be a realist here. Now that James is out, we have no SEC caliber LB's playing. No pass rush threat outside of #1. The offseason will be critical in the moves that UF makes. 1) Crash the portal for SEC capable LB's 2) Crash the portal for SEC capable OT's 3) Hold on to our current commits for the 24 class 4) S&C coordinator needs to grow our youth QUICKLY. They are getting the grunt beat out of them this year.
I get it, but other than improvement on the recruiting trail what have you seen that gives you confidence BN can get it done. What will be the excuses next season: more youth? tough schedule? Eventually you got look to the coaching.
I’m trying to stay positive because I hate the coaching carousel and I didn’t expect any sort of win tonight but more commits dropping might push me over.
We will lose some and we will gain some. We have until ESD. Not panicking just yet as I think we are in a much better spot NIL wise this year.
They didn’t break any news. This has been in the works for weeks and the worst kept secret since Friday morning. Freeze literally announced that the kid called him and flipped.
He flipped before that game even happened. It wasn’t going to matter what happened at the AU v Arky game. On3 has been pumping it for weeks.
On paper sure but just hoping we can keep things intact, we're about as prime as ever for negative recruiting.
You think he flipped from Florida to Auburn because of WINS? LOL. They are 6-4 with their 6 wins coming over some pretty bad teams. Their best win was Arkansas yesterday way after his decision was already made. LSU beat them worse than they beat us.
Yay...the good news about not making a bowl game is that our coaches get a jump on recruiting while all of those other chumps are still playing!!!
LSU beat Auburn by 30 so I really doubt this has anything to do with which team is “better.” He’d have a good shot at starting at Florida but no doubt there are other factors at play.
TOS has already said we're now going hard after some of A&M's recruits... more so now that Jimbo is gone.
With the right amount of NIL money it's all possible. We just have to ask ourselves one question. Are we looking at these player with scared money of brave/smart money?
