Getting off topic, but I think Florida and many states have laws that address close age differences, and it is legal for a 19yo to have sex with a 17yo… but it would still be illegal to film it or take pictures if either is under 18.

I would hesitate to pass judgement here. My friend works at a law office that deals with this stuff and so many times it isn’t what it appears to be.
That being said - the how this is handled by Billy and UF (along with wins and losses) will 100% affect his tenure here. This could be a huge black eye for this admin depending on how it has been handled so far and moving forward

From the G'ville police post above, it sounds like he made the boneheaded mistake of trying to 'explain it away' to the police (instead of remaining silent and getting a lawyer) and in the process admitted to sending the images ... then they found more on his computers... he's fudged if the cop's post is anything even remotely truthful.
