Could be. They truly do not understand spice up here, given that the population base has its roots in Scandinavia. Truth: The vast majority of folks up in MN have Norwegian, Swedish, Finnish heritage. I'm Swedish! (but wasn't born in MN)

Anyway, they don't understand spice up here and all too often screw up important dishes (ex. brisket) by WAY overspicing it.

 

Walz is trying to hide the fact that he's a sleeper agent for China. (I learned this from FoxNews.) So he behaves in a very un-Chinese-like manner, that is, in an opposite way from that cold fish Xi, who will be giving him his orders.
