So, let’s be a little more accurate here, Biden wanted to recognize a state senator. So, he asked him to stand up while not realizing that he couldn’t. As soon as Biden realized it, he asked the crowd to stand up on the man’s behalf. He also went over to talk to the man who said he appreciated it and that it happens to him often.
