    Saw a clip of Trump’s deposition in the rape trial. Two things stood out: the awful color of his face (what is that stuff he applies?!) and his mental illness. (I would include his comments - ‘men have been raping women’s for a million years’ - but there’s nothing new about his depravity.) I thought Carroll might lose, but now I’m convinced she will prevail.

    It’s beyond this poor mortal’s comprehension how anyone can support that man for president.

    I don't feel owned so much as embarrassed. We're going overseas Wednesday and I expect the usual "you've got to be kidding me" remarks from my relatives in England and Germany.
