One of my projects from many moons ago. We had a black bear out on a catamaran at Naples Marina that later strolled down Fifth Avenue where all the swanky stores and restaurants are.
I was leaving g Shenandoah park a few year ago, late fall. There was a bear on the side of the road eating up whatever he could. Cars stopped, which was fine. One dude got out and started following the bear around. Like 15 feet away. I was so hoping the bear would reach him a lesson of natural selection, but it scampered off imo to woods. Same with a time I was in pennsylvania where there’s a herd of elk. Some idiot waking up to them to get pictures, somehow he came away unscathed. Or the morons I saw on the Billy Goat Trail who took down a tree for fun. Or the genius I watched carving his name into a tree at Seneca Rocks in Fairfax. And this was like a 50 year old dude. but if you look online, these morons are basically daily occurrences.
A lady in France finds out that wolves tend to be dangerous when food comes jogging through the drive-through safari. https://edition.cnn.com/2024/06/23/...ogger-safari-zoo-france-intl-latam/index.html
Reminds me of a video I saw where some yo-yo was trying to hand fed a stray wolf, it off course bit the crap out of her hand… SMH

Visiting my son in Alaska, we were treated to a Moose sighting on his street. Since she was obviously guarding her baby it occurred to us to stay in the car. Reportedly, more humans are killed by moose than by bear in Alaska.
