    Wish I had been there!
Hope he gets to talk to CTG's staff and players as well.

CH, thanks for posting. Wanna run through a brick wall after reading that. Hope the team feels the same way.

Billy has always been, and will always be, a class act. In a class of his own.

Loved the comment from Brandon Spikes: "That's greatness right there."

BD was a great coach during the time he was here. After running "Billy Ball" for a few years to get kids interested in our program he transitioned to running a very sophisticated offense with multiple reads that takes time to learn and not suitable for a team built with one and dones. Nothing as simple as dribble drive. He needed players that would stay a few years or be transcendent and yet humble like Bradley Beal who took his time to learn it and not wanting to be "the man" out of the box.

With all of the roster turnover now I think BD would be very frustrated as a college coach.

Hi Chris! Watching coach Napiers press conference and describing Billy Ds talk to the team and how he spent 2 more hours with Billy D afterwords.

    Appreciate all you do Chris.

With respect to my favorite, the Ol’ Ball Coach, Billy is Florida’s coaching GOAT.

I agree. What Billy D did here was harder, but SOS is the greatest Gator of them all. Period. FYI: He hates being called “ol’ ball coach.” Seen him hilariously ring some folks up for it. The placard on his office door says “HBC” for a reason.

Sorry I can't link it but there is a 2.5 minute You Tube out there of the end of Billy's talk to the football team.

It's fire man! Billy at his best, animated and his voice gets louder and louder.

This will sound bizarre, but I love a man I have never met.

I remember the night we beat UCLA; I couldn’t sleep. I kept repeating to myself, we just won the national championship I basketball!!
The second NC was also great but not as unexpected as the first.

I couldn't sleep either. So I watched the game 6 times in a row until I passed out.
