I agree with your statement. I just looked at the national statistics and LSU is like 110 in the nation.

The Gators have to accomplish four objectives:
1, The Offense has to score early and to keep scoring. Billy cannot take his foot off the pedal. His natural tendency is to take his foot off but in this game he won't be able to.
2, The Offense has to keep the LSU offense off the field by; converting on 3rd downs, not turning over the ball, no stupid penalties, and eating up the clock. This is our best strategy. Their defense is not good but with all the pressure on us on offense, there might be some mistakes.
2, The Defense has to keep LSU off the scoreboard. I know that will not happen, but they need to force punting and field goal situations, and no stupid penalties. Our best chance is not giving up big plays and hold them to a field goal once or twice. A 3rd down stop would be tremendous. Just need to make them pay for all of those with long scoring drives on O.
3, The Defense needs to force the LSU offense into errors; penalties, busted plays, and turnovers. We haven't shown the capability of doing this.

Believe it or not last week was our best defensive game in regards to turnovers and sacks. We sacked KJ 5 times and intercepted him once and recovered a fumble.. so there's that which was nice to see but honestly no matter what we do we will feel Shemar James' absence. HUGE loss for our defense.

They took one look at our defensive front and figured Daniels will probably go all game without getting touched. I seriously doubt they will have him run in this game unless its to avoid a sack in which he'll make a beeline to the sideline.
