If it's not a big deal, treat them as though they are a member of their actual sex or their sex assigned at birth.

This is the classic negotiation trick of "you're willing to kill this deal over $100?"

If that quantity of money is no big deal, then you should be willing to cover that additional $100 rather than expecting the other party to cover it.

 

Sort of but my point is more that everything doesn't have to become a 10/10 on the rage scale. How many of us in our life have ever thought about or cared about women's power lifting? It's ok to disagree with something like this but it seems that anything trans-related really gets people worked up even though it has no bearing on their life whatsoever.

 

If you have a daughter, niece, or sister who competes in women's sports or even uses women's locker rooms, and you care about that daughter, niece, or sister, you should care about this issue.
