If he does get convicted, I don't think Biden should but I wouldn't be surprised if he did after the election since either he'll be on the way out anyway or he won't have to worry about the optics affecting re-election.

If I was a black, and on that jury, I would be talking to a lawyer right now asking how big of a award I can get in my defamation claim against Fox and that creep personally.

You would think Fox would have learned, but nope.

You don't need 12 in agreement, just one. I could certainly see one person thinking, I don't care if he did it, this is BS, and refusing to convict. I really expected it to happen in Trump's trial.

That’s it. I’m moving my hedge fund out of the corrupt state of Delaware and me and my trucking buddies will no longer deliver to the People’s Republic of Delaware.

Be honest for once. Both parties are raising money off every trail. It’s disgusting.

Yes - good point. Realistically, I know the point is just to prep the audience for the possibility that Hunter doesn't get convicted, and if so, it's of course because the system is corrupt and not because it's the valid outcome of the legal process.

In all honesty I don’t think democrats have raised much, if any, money from Hunter Biden’s legal troubles. Why would they? We don’t give a shit about Hunter Biden.

Are we talking about that one juror seated at this Biden trial who gets his news from Truth Social?

I would love for you to show us any evidence that Biden (or any of the Democrats) are find-raising over this. I have not seen a single “ask” based on Hunter’s charges or trial. Indeed, Democrats from what I can see are embarrassed by the whole ordeal, and while they feel badly for the guy because he is sick, they think he’s guilty.

I agree up to your last few words. He has potentially both legal and factual defenses to the charge.

Yeah I don't see anyone on the Dem side trying to portray Hunter as a victim. Maybe there are some who are, but I haven't seen it. Mostly we don't care. If Hunter is found guilty, he brought it on himself.

Hunter Biden is being prosecuted because he is fighting for us! If they get him, they will get you too!

The only thing Hunter is a victim of is his drug addiction and not one person on the left has politicized the trial. As Trey Gowdy said, it’s very unusual to prosecute based on a falsified form.

Quite the contrast in messaging and victimhood.

Whether he's acquitted or guilty, at least the court got to see those explicit photos of Hunter. Is the trial being covered by Pornhub?

Interestingly, his family is in the courtroom supporting him FWIW, not in seclusion.

He will not be getting my vote tho.

Hunter Biden prosecution, fair and just (which it is, he’s a seriously flawed person).
Trump prosecution a political witch hunt.

I’m it stating he may be found guilty at trial, I am saying that most people (to be fair, people I speak to — or better stated, people who will speak with me, think he’s guilty (and really don’t care).
