and it’s looking more and more like that evidence just doesn’t say what the House GOP desperately wants it to say

Really? What are the bank records? Just asking. As far as the laptop and the witnesses are concerned they really document nothing more than inferences from Hunter that he could influence his father. Essentially Hunter was scamming individuals with whom he was communicating into believing that he could influence Dad. Also keep in mind that the communications occurred in 2017 and 2018 when Joe was completely out of government, Trump was in the White House and the Republicans controlled both the House and Senate. You can always refer to the unverified FD-302 from the sketchy witness which even the FBI itself categorized the report of the interview as unverified raw intelligence which should shouldn't be relied upon.

You may be right here; I think the dots are definitely there and they have loosely connected them. I'm sure for me it is enough because I think he is as big a scumbag as you guys think Trump is, but I can understand why there is hesitation on your side but total denial as many here have voiced is plain partisanship.

Of the alternative explanations for using S-Corporations, which is more logical, Biden used them to conceal bribes from Chinese and/or Ukrainian sources or to reduce his taxes? Just asking.

Considering he feels like everyone should pay their fair share, I can't possibly think he would try to dodge paying his fair share, can you?

Setting up an S-Corp is legal, and corporations have to pay taxes too. If you were making a few million a year by giving speaking engagements, your accountant would also very likely advise you to set up an S-corp.

As for the Bidens taking bribes from Burisma, again, there is nothing on the tax return that shows this income. And plenty of experts with far more knowledge and expertise than me have all stated the income Biden made in 2017 and 2018 is well in line with what he made from his speaking engagements, book, and salary from UPenn.

While I think that one could criticize Biden for being somewhat hypocritical there is still a huge difference between using a perfectly legal strategy to reduce taxes and concealing an apparently illegal bribe.

Are you sure? What I've read references an inquiry.

When I posted the article from Foreign Policy written in 2016, you ignored it. I then linked the post to a reply to you so you would read it. You ignored it again. And, now you are back to repeating the same falsehood. Your facts are wrong so your premise is wrong. You aren’t interested in facts or truth; you believe what you want to. Which is the garbage you choose to read. Sholom was a corrupt Russian loyalist. He wasn’t investigating corruption. The IMF, EU and US all wanted him out. This was not long after the revolution in Ukraine. History doesn’t change just because a group of right wing liars decide to change it.

Maybe you should educate yourself regarding Viktor Shokin. Joe Biden wasn't the only person who wanted the corrupt prosecutor canned.
    From 2016
IMF warns Ukraine it will halt $40bn bailout unless corruption stops
EU hails sacking of Ukraine’s prosecutor Viktor Shokin
    From 2019
Envoys pushed to oust Ukraine prosecutor before Biden
EU and US officials dispute Trump’s claim former vice-president acted to protect son

I can tell you what I’ve missed. Not a damn thing!

This is my first peak on THFSG and post since the Russia Collusion narrative was glued to these pages and I was banned for aggressively calling out the morons and liars that were propagating that bogus narrative, including most of the moderators.

And low and behold, some of the same BS artists are still on THFSG, but this time their trying to cover for the crooked Biden family. I bet all of you can imagine what this thread would look like if Don Jr. had used the Trump name to raise millions from China and other countries that was washed through a maze of accounts. The Dems and Justice certainly wouldn’t be trying to take down Trump via a host of tortured legal theories. They would immediately and aggressively have screamed impeachment and appointed a SP to pursue same.

Get a life folks! I did. Great visit, not.

You asked the question, I simply responded. No way Joe is being hypocritical here, he is too great of a man. At least according to the leftist in here!

So, because Obama was behind it too there was nothing for Joe to do except the one thing that got $5 mil for his son. Okay.....

Alleged $5 million that nobody has any proof the Bidens actually received. Or Burisma actually paid. Yes, we have Joe's tax returns, but experts with far more knowledge all say they look legit. Not a single one of them, including those who are on the right side of the aisle, has stated there's a $5 million payment that seems unaccounted for!

Believe what you want. But when the evidence doesn't exist, you should reconsider what you believe.

AzCat, I remember you well. If it were Trump Jr. instead of Hunter and the same evidence, you would be screaming guilty, accusing the Justice Dept. of a cover up for their failure to put Tony Bobulinski in front of the grand jury.................

If anyone needs an example of someone believing what they want, ^.

You would set up an S-Corp for liability even if not tax reasons. If some deranged Q nut had fired a gun at a Biden speaking engagement and hit people, they and their families could sue Biden and his wife for all of their assets. An S-Corp would help prevent that and limit the liable assets to only those within the S-Corp.
