Agreed. And they are working on it despite the stonewalling by the White House, DOJ etc. Bank records, emails, 150+ suspicious bank activity reports, whistle-blowers, Hunter's ex co-workers are all putting the pieces together. Let the investigation play out. Just because many on here choose to bury their heads in the sand and the mainstream media won't cover it doesn't mean there is not substance to this. Heck many on this board and the media went nuts for 4 years about Trump and the Russian dossier and that was totally made up and unverified. If they can do that with a made up controversy then they can sit back while real emails, banking records and witness statements are investigated.

There's no substance to this. The fake substance was thought up by the Russians and promulgated by Giuliani.

Dude they aren’t gonna find shit because there isn’t anything there. It’s just a replay of the countless Benghazi investigations/hearings. Doesn’t matter if they never find anything - just having them gives the appearance of impropriety.

Theoretically, if they actually had supporting evidence, I wonder whether they'd actually release it now or wait till later. What it seems like they've tried to do though is argue that Joe Biden is clearly guilty or corruption while simultaneously taking the position that they need more investigations because Biden is preventing them from getting to the truth. It seems they think Hunter is the best thing they have going for them, so I suspect they'd rather have the insinuations hanging out there as long as possible. One thing I haven't heard from Democrats is that evidence of Biden committing crimes is simply going to make him more loved and a stronger candidate. That only seems to work for Trump.

Is that before or after Trump releases his infrastructure or health care policies?

Not sure if any of you have paid any attention, other than what mainstream media has said, about any of these whistleblowers that have come forward. I think I read here many times from the echo chamber that there was enough smoke on Trump that there is something there. If you don't think there isn't a 4 alar, fire with the evidence that has come out then you are just do not care to see it. The bank records are not made up, the suspicious activity reports are not made up, the what's app memo is not made up, the IRS whistleblowers are not made up, the 12 or so shell corporations are not made up. So, there is plenty of evidence and we will see if and how it is tied to Joe and or Jill. The rest of family has received documented payments so we will see. If they can't prove and tie any of this to Joe then I will accept his innocence, will the echo chamber accept his guilt? What evidence will it take for the left to believe it?

What evidence is it going to take for you to realize that Joe had no/little influence when all that went down? He wasn't president, he wasn't a senator, he was a citizen.

Or that NONE of the things you just listed were actually illegal?

If you are so worried about the millions that Joe's son got after Joe left the white house, why aren't you even remotely worried about the $2 Billion Trump's son-in-law got after Trump left the White House?

Mainstream media: Jared's $2B and Ivanka's 18 Chinese trademarks suck but not necessarily proof of illegal activity same for the Biden family, sucks but not proof of illegal activity.
Right wingers: Biden family is a crooked illegal enterprise (ignores Trump family comparisons.)

Mainstream media: Trump overbilled secret service for rooms and food, Trump properties transacted with foreign nationals, Trump tried to bribe the Ukrainians to open a bogus investigation, Trump campaign handed over research data to russians, Trump Jr took meetings with Russians to get dirt on Hillary which turned out to be bogus, Trump literally encouraged and promoted a coup, Trump stole secret documents and improperly stored, then lied about them along with his deceitful lawyer.
Right wingers: TDS, Biden is a crook.

There we go bringing up Trump. I have read some of this was going on while Joe was VP. If you don't have a problem with it, then so be it. If he was VP and had anything to do with it, then there is a problem. Things like Hunter business partners showing up multiple times on WH logs, things like Hunter's business partners flying on Air Force 2. Maybe some are naive enough to think no influence was on Joe was happening, I am not willing to give that pass when we have documented plagiarism and lies by Joe. Just don't trust him.

Actually Benghazi investigations were extremely valuable, because in the course of discovery, they learned about Hillary's private email server. Voila! Even though that was also nothing, the NYT had to be "balanced", so it was a gigantic SCANDAL!!!!

One of the interesting coincidences in this whole sordid affair is back in 2016 when Hunter put his dad on a conference call with his fellow Burisma members and told his dad they needed his help. It was a few days later that Joe coincidencently ended up in the Ukraine threatening to withhold US $$$ if they did not fire the prosecutor investigating Burisma. I know weird coincidence. If Devon Archer can stay alive until his testimony Monday he will provide even more clarity on that. I wonder why he is getting death threats from Biden supporters when there is nothing to see here?

I don’t know how anyone can prove that the conference call you speak of happened. But the FBI does have an email from Burisma directly to Hunter asking him to use his influence with his father to have the prosecutor in question removed. I really don’t know how one effectively equivocates over that fact. Maybe Hunter never brought the request to his father and it’s a coincidence that the Vice President threatened Ukraine with turning off the aid unless the prosecutor was removed? The email is forged and an even bigger coincidence? Maybe it’s irrelevant because the prosecutor was bad anyway? Maybe it just doesn’t fit the political narrative?

I see you spent the usual 0.4 seconds researching the firing of the prosecutor, a man uniformly throughout the world believed to be corrupt and that most countries wanted fired.

"It wasn't because Shokin was investigating a natural gas company tied to Biden's son; it was because Shokin wasn't pursuing corruption among the country's politicians, according to a Ukrainian official and four former American officials who specialized in Ukraine and Europe.
Shokin's inaction prompted international calls for his ouster and ultimately resulted in his removal by Ukraine's parliament. Without pressure from Joe Biden, European diplomats, the International Monetary Fund and other international organizations, Shokin would not have been fired, said Daria Kaleniuk, co-founder and executive director of the Anti Corruption Action Centre in Kiev.

"Civil society organizations in Ukraine were pressing for his resignation," Kaleniuk said, "but no one would have cared if there had not been voices from outside this country calling on him to go."

Let’s take all of that as given. Is it your position, then, that’s it’s okay for a foreign company to give the unqualified son of a senior U.S. politician a well paying, no-show, no-work job in exchange for influence as long as whoever the politician uses the influence against is “bad”; or is it your judgment that it’s not okay but it is irrelevant as long as the target of that influence is bad; or is it that none of it happened as I describe, but we must ignore all evidence that it did and not look into further because the target of that influence is bad?

Maybe there’s another position, but I’m not seeing it.

Hunter Biden has never been a part of the Obama Admin, nor his father's. How do we stop a company like Burisma from appointing a guy like Hunter to its BOD? And yes, Hunter doesn't get appointed if his last name isn't Biden. But as long as there is no proof that Hunter actually gained influence from his father, there's nothing that can be done from people living off their famous last name.

And there is scant evidence that Hunter benefited. Questionable witnesses who testify they heard Joe attended a conference call with Burisma, but with no additional proof isn't much. And the fact is Shokin had investigated Burisma in 2014, and was likely paid off to end it. Shokin was so corrupt that the World Bank, the entire EU, and the US all wanted him out of power in Ukraine.

We can look into the evidence. And we have. It's a lot of innuendo, plenty of hearsay, and nothing concrete against Joe. And plenty of facts that Joe was acting in accordance to stated US policy when he refused to cosign the loan until Shokin was fired.
