I liked the following 'Ticker' article stating the NY Judge declared Trump in fact 'raped' Jean Carrol.
It didn’t make CNN’s front page. I hate trump but if it was trumps kids being accused by very credible witnesses CNN would have wall to wall coverage. You know, I know if, everyone knows if. And the rest of what you wrote doesn’t even make sense.
Sure, I guess it’s funny that it’s only time to believe something when it’s against a Rep for some partisan people. At least you don’t hide your partisanship. Congrats.
Have they given most normal Americans a reason to distrust them? I like how when you don’t have a good answer you the play the “but what about this” routine. Swing and a miss…
You are aware that I was directly quoting from the FBI regarding the validity FD-1023? It's the report of an interview and it is considered unverified raw intelligence, the same description that applies to the Steele dossier.
You are aware there is an IRS whistleblower that just testified? Maybe turn off MSNBC for a minute and maybe read up on what was said by a lifelong democrat.
Bingo. Big shock that prosecutors ran the investigation and made the charging decision. Like they do.
They had more corroboration for the Steele memos than they do for this FD-23. Most of the Steele memos were raw information. Some was corroborated. They have no corroboration for what was in the FD-1023. No evidence at all of a bribe to Joe Biden. And nobody protected Burisma.
I mentioned the IRS whistleblower and also indicated that it's not that unusual for investigators to be dissatisfied when a prosecutor elects to plead out a case by allowing a defendant to plead out to a lesser offense rather than charging the defendant with the most serious possible felony and by the way MSNBC did cover the testimony of the two IRS agents although the network probably didn't show it live as I assume that Fox did. Seems that you have made an assumption about a network (MSNBC) that you apparently never watch. Once again it also seems rather disingenuous to praise the work of two IRS agents while raking Biden and the Democrats over the coals for proposing funding to hire more agents as the Republicans have done.
The DOJ has standards for the type of investigations they run. When they investigate a tax crime, they don’t allow the IRS free reign to investigate every person whose name is mentioned in a form. If your son cheats on his taxes, they don’t investigate you. And prosecutors decide what to charge and and what deals to make. Based on the charges, Hunter Biden has been treated more harshly than most who commit the same offenses.
LOL. I screenshotted CNN and there wasn't anything on their front page about it. You honestly think that would happen if it was trumps kids? We both know the answer to that question. Why can't i rake biden and the dems over the coals? I'm not a republican. I'm independent. So good try. And what incentive does an IRS employee have to make these claims? I love how you are dismissing the claims as nothing "unusual" lol. At least you don't hide your partisanship. Way to go!
What is the reliability and veracity of the person who made the statement to the informant about the bribe. A reliable and credible informant might accurately repeat what the informant heard, but what is the credibility of the person who said it to the informant? If someone tells me that the Loch Ness monster is in the canal behind my condo and I repeat it on GC, my information might be reliable and credible as to what I was told. But it doesn’t mean that the Loch Ness monster is in the canal. And the FBI follow up found nothing.
That is a dumb analogy, but I guess if I was trying to rationalize the Steele Dossier I would have to make up crap also.
I agree especially with the last sentence. When an individual who failed to file a return and pay taxes when due later files the return and pays all taxes along with interest and penalties as Hunter Biden did he was very seldom criminally prosecuted.
