Can you point me to the vote for where Weiss was confirmed as a special prosecutor?

Yes ironic indeed. A lawyer friend follows this guy who is an expert in espionage and classified docs:

Smith will surely appeal, so let's see what happens here.....

When was David Weiss' appointment as special counsel confirmed by the Senate?

Pathetic. Close minded to the extreme.

Your guy ABSOLUTELY committed crimes by retaining and refusing to return classified documents.

I had a Top Secret security clearance for four years. If I had done what your criminal POS POTUS did, I would have been in prison for several years. That's a fact.

and that appeal process will drag on just long enough to take it past the election, then in January it all goes away moments after the swearing in.

I never said he was. I simply said not all special council prosecutors were equal... you inferred incorrectly.

No no. He's innocent as is clearly demonstrated by the continued stall tactics and this questionable ruling. He is so innocent the deep state didn't want this to go to court because it would be such an embarrasing loss for them - so they threatened Cannon and forced her to delay then toss it out - just so the DS could save face but keep attacking Trump. Even though Trump did nothing wrong.

I should be a WND writer.

idk...they've developed a peculiar taste for titillating shit lit?

    What's it say to you?

He shoulda' kept it in a convertible car with the top down?

...shoulda stored it in a university where Chicoms could access it, for like a hundred million dollars, and tip the university in exchange for naming a building after him?

    :ninja3:

Overturns precedent basically all the way back to Watergate without citing a single case in support of her opinion.

If you’re on Trump’s team you think she’s a legal scion. And if you’re not your chagrined but would support her if she did it for ”your guy”.

We’re simply doomed as a functional Republic.

For the record, to access classified documents, you need TWO things: an appropriate security clearance AND a "need to know" the information contained in the documents.

I served on an aircraft carrier and had a Top Secret security clearance for four years. Even with my Top Secret security clearance, I could NOT access classified documents related to submarines because I did NOT have a "need to know".

What possible "need to know" would Trump have as a former official who is now strictly a civilian??? NONE.

His all-consuming narcissism (and/or greed) led him to break several laws and compromise our national security.

(Now I'll wait for all the Disagrees and Come-On-Mans from those who know NOTHING about this subject.)

Can you provide an example of a special counsel who was confirmed as special counsel by the Senate?

Edit: Went back to double check, this is the poster who introduced Hunter to the thread.

How many presidents keep once classified docs after leaving office? ALL OF THEM. How many former presidents are charged with a crime for it? Only one... See something fishy there?

Step away from it so you can see the truth...

It’s a no-no. They have to be kept in a bathroom that’s available to the public.
