Thank you Growl. Billy, the staff, the collective and of course the players are working hard to bring the next crop in. UF certainly has a finger in plenty of the right "pies" IMO. Recruiting has changed so much it's a bit different than just a few years ago, sure players decommitted but not in waves. This last early signing day was a huge wake up call for the fan base. What did we lose? 25% of those previously committed? Now the narrative is "show me a good record" - but I think thats more for your top 100 players, that get to pick and choose, and still get the big NIL payday. Those guys want the money and the fame. (Major bowls, playoffs, NFL love). UF is not in that upper echelon "club" yet - like OSU, BAMA, UGA, Texas (Oregon now) etc. that the five stars flock to. But Billy is making inroads. UF snared DJ and LJ - Two kids any program in America wanted. One thing for sure, I am not cashing any "commitment checks" until the signiture is on the paper NESD.
Does he do anything but click bait? Love is energy and he has some contacts that are interesting to hear but good grief, every title card…BIG CHANGES COMING, RECRUIT ALL IN, MAJOR CHANGE TO PHILOSOPHY… And then you find out it’s basically nothing.
