The fact that a 20 year old child could get a rifle within 150 yards with a clean line of sight of anyone under SS protection is as epic a security failure as I have ever seen. This is not some seemingly small detail that was overlooked. Anyone who has ever been to an event with any Secret Service involvement will tell you that this NEVER should have happened.

Cheatle and all involved in the planning of ground operations should be suspended. Hearings should only be to determine who should keep their job. I’m not one to go off on wild conspiracy theories but a week later there are still more questions than answers and the apparent lack of transparency is appalling. This is how wild conspiracy theories germinate.
