That doesn’t seem like sabotage either. What’s more likely… his own people sabotaging him and therefore also making themselves look bad, or a mistake in judging the height of the banner. You could still see the chaos under Kamala, it was just obstructed.

I am no Trump fan but he has brilliantly employed a great tactic to minimize JD's damage by sending him to tiny crowds in places no one has ever heard of and derailing him in donut shops.
