Do you fill out just one? Two? Several? I'm a one-bracket guy and don't participate in any bracket pools these days. Back when I taught school I asked my principal if I could run a bracket contest ($2 buy-in). She said "Only if I can play!." She was cool. :emoji_sunglasses:

So now I fill out a bracket just for giggles and my bracket, like many, is all but busted. The bad: Only 21 out of 32 in the first round and one FF team (Iowa) already out.
The good: 13 sweet 16 teams still alive.
The FF: Gonzaga, Baylor, Zona, IA with Gonzaga winning

Baylor is on the ropes against UNC at the moment. So what is the good/bad/FF of your bracket(s)?

I usually fill out one bracket for the heck of it. I can usually count The first game of tournament a loss. New strategy might be to pick the opposite of who I think will win for that game.

    22 out of 32
    12 sweet 16
    7 Elite 8
    3 Final 4

    FF: Gonzaga, Kentucky, Tennessee, Kansas
    Final: Tennessee over Gonzaga

None of my upsets panned out. Two of them lost by a point.

Down goes Baylor. That clears the way a bit for Gonzaga, if they can reach the FF.

    I won 23 of the 32 Round 1 games.
Hitting on Notre Dame, Michigan, Miami and Iowa St.
Unfortunately I fell for Kentucky being in the Final Four.
Then bit on some long-shots like S Dakota St, Vermont & Boise State.

Not sure what you mean. I was referring to Gonzaga's chance at a championship.

I did, but I'm not competing against anyone. Was just commenting on their chances at winning a championship as they have been knocking on the door for so long and are led by a former Gator at PG. Anyway . . . how's your bracket?

Sorry bp - it happens to the best of us. I always go into the tourney expecting these big-time teams to advance, but every year . . . every durn year . . . it becomes madness. Watch the field clear out now for Gonzaga and either Kansas or AZ. If AZ wins tomorrow, they will face a tough S16 opponent in IL or Houston.

I'm still hanging on to some hope in my annual office pool that has 74 entrants. I've got Auburn beating Gonzaga in the Final. I had UK in my Final Four along with Arizona who's still alive.

As always, I was near the bottom after the 1st round with only 21 wins. I NEVER seem to get much luck in the 1st round. But, I often come back in the later rounds. Unfortunately, there were 2 others in the pool who also picked Auburn to win it all and both of them had Auburn beating Gonzaga in the Final. Both of them also had much better 1st round scores than I, so I may already be boxed out of getting 1st or 2nd even if I got the Final right.

Yep. Zags are my only Final Four team left standing; otherwise mine is busted. I had Baylor vs. (sleeper) Illinois. Also Iowa in the Final Four. LOL! :)

Tenn is my only final four pick out for now. Other three are Ucla, Zags, Kansas. Have Zags over Kansas in title game.

Mine is just OK, mainly because my champ Gonzaga is still alive, when many picked UK or Baylor. I have Houston in FF too, that one is looking good.

I gave up after early in Day 1. I was in a large pool and the only way to win is to pick an outlier. I liked the way Iowa was playing and I thought they were under-rated.

    Screwed.

Wife missed 6 total in the first two rounds and no loses any further than 2 sweet sixteen games. Wisconsin and Mich St hurt but her but she's in good shape otherwise. Picked Purdue so that one is still in question.
