12 years, 4 coaches prior to CBN and we are mediocre at best. What we have done is get on the coaching carousel to ride into oblivion.
Anyone can talk with bravado and bluster about 'accepting mediocrity' but that doesnt change the reality of our current situation.
We need to try something different, which is support CBN and have patience with the idea he will fix our issues. Its going to take time, and im hopeful in the end that this will pay off Its obvious the coaching carousel doesnt work.
