Post the result of House races that have been called and who called it.

Example: NY 14 AOC wins by the Associated Press

They could've called that one an hour before the polls opened.

Only 6% of vote is in but Frish is leading Bobert by 8,000 votes.

Probably early voting. Do they count mail in and early votes first in CO?

I don't know, defense. I can only find information on the deadline for receiving ballots. Must be in by 7 pm on day of election.

Very safe district and very terrible opposing candidate, at least in the case of Gaetz.

You would have struggled to come up with as questionable of a candidate as Gaetz. So the Dems managed to nominate Rebekah Jones.

Wiley Nickel (D) about to flip NC-13 (7,000 vote difference with 99% in). Still have to count provisional and military ballots.

At this moment only 1 Democrat incumbent (Luria) house member has been defeated. Rs are projected to have a slight majority. No red wave is coming - it appears. Lots to go in western states though

NYT is projecting a 7 seat advantage for pubs as of now. Very small lead.

If the average gain for the party not occupying the WH is 28, and the above is about right the Rs are significantly underperforming.

I bet on political races even less often than I bet on baseball which is never.

I don’t particularly care if the dems keep the house, i would certainly accept that as a trade to be rid of the likes of Boebert and Margie, unfortunately MTG already kept her seat. Truly vile and un-American creatures. A shame the primary system puts horrid people like this on the ballot.

As it turns out, the dems slim hope of holding the house might actually rest on Boebert’s race as they pretty much need them all. Hopefully at least one of those loons gets the boot.
