Again it just shows that loyalty to Trump is rewarded with a kick in the ass. I get the feeling Trump relented on the Ukraine aid and gave his ok to Johnson which effectively leaves the pro Russia nutjobs out on a limb.

First part is somewhat true, but he just seems drawn to dictators for whatever reason, I think he just admires and is a bit jealous of their strength and power. He sees kindred spirits in them.
