What an unnecessary way to handicap ourselves. They should probably get to work on dropping the "no boosters are allowed to compensate or arrange compensation" part of the policy, quickly. If that stays, we're going to get railroaded even more on the trail by rival schools.

 

Yep. Sometimes UF is it's own worst enemy.

 

So if a major booster owns an organization and wants to pay the athlete for their likeliness with their organization they cant just because they are a booster. That is so weird.

What is fair market value? Subjective and arbitrary. Who determines, a MAI appraiser? Also, this is blatant discrimination against boosters.
