Seldom has the overwhelmingly white Georgia GOP establishment been more insulting and degrading to a black man - and dismissive of about half of the Georgia voters. Worse, Walker has allowed himself to be humiliated. He seems to have no self-awareness.
You may be correct. I can no longer remember and assumed he was the GOP's choice. Still, whether it was the party itself or the larger group of republican voters, the point's the same, don't you think?
The conservative narrative bouncing around twitter is “I don’t care if Walker is a good or bad candidate, we need control of the senate” (at any cost I guess).
A lot of times people confuse imperfection and being human with hypocrisy. It's possible to believe abortion is wrong and traditional family values are good, while having had an abortion and falling short of living up to the values that you claim to support. Where "being human" and "hypocrisy" intertwine is if you're known play the "holier than thou" card. If you sneer at people who have had abortions and you think yourself better than non-traditionalists just because of your beliefs, that's where "being human" seems to become "hypocrisy." I haven't followed the Herschel Walker race enough to know which applies here.
New GOP: Abortion should be completely illegal even in cases of rape and incest except for the inconvenience of the father.
