Falsely arrested, hence why the charges were dismissed and only people hunting for some reason to be upset care about the arrest. The fact that he was trying to help minors secure legal representation is actually a good thing.
If you read the link, the cop clearly was in the wrong. The charges were dropped as soon they got in front of a judge and the judge made an excuse for the cop saying there must have been a "miscommunication". Clearly, you can't arrest people for suggesting people talk to a lawyer before they talk to the cops.
He didn't obstruct anything. Cops very often confuse asserting your constitutional rights for "obstructing" or "resisting" ... then judges smack them down the next day. It happens a lot. There are whole YouTube channels dedicated to this. I'm glad that Georgia has a Senator who understands the constitution better than you do, and is willing to stand up to help others, even it means a temporary arrest, when he sees a potential violation of rights. I bet Hershel Walker couldn't even tell you what amendment this falls under, you'd just get a blank stare and maybe he'd flash his toy badge at you.
I read it more as he was just desperate for anything that could be twisted to make Warnock look bad, and this was all he could find so he is running with it.
What facts are you stating? That Warnock is a good person and sometimes cops are bad and incompetent?
I'm no fan of Warnock but weren't the charges dropped? We still do innocent until proven guilty here right?
Revelations? Kelly Loeffler swamped the airwaves with this garbage in 2020. Didn't work out well for her either.
Now that the Dems have 50 Senate seats, fewer Republicans gonna give a damn about voting in this election. Less Dems will probably vote too, but still expecting a 3 point win for Warnock
