    Thank you Bluke. :)
If I'm a libbie for the near future until the real repubs take back their party, then I guess I'll wear that badge proudly. I would however vote for Liz Cheney or Adam Kinzinger to see what the republicans could do. They would at least have a platform to share with the rest of us.

I don’t know if there is any such thing anymore as “real Republicans” or “real Dems”. Both parties are under attack by their fringes and neither has been able to stave it off or really even get the kooks in line.

    False equivalency.
Both parties have always had fringe players, but there is no left version of maga running the Dems.

Imagine if aliens came to earth and asked to speak to our leaders and Herschel Walker was one of them.

Absolute nonsense. I suppose you have conveniently forgotten the summer of 2020. The ambivalence towards and the support of the violence by mainstream democrats, the media, poand party leadership tells you what kind of people were among and running the party.

And that's the nonsense. The leaders of the Democratic party, the media ... all supported the violence.
    Just bullshit.

Good thing no democrats claimed Trump stole the 2016 election. Especially around here. All the democrats were upfront in claiming trump was the legitimate winner…
And yeah… no dems claimed the summer of love riots were legitimate displays of protests… right….

    1. Over 90% of the protests were nonviolent.
A Year of Racial Justice Protests: Key Trends in Demonstrations Supporting the BLM Movement
UConn Study: At Least 96% of Black Lives Matter Protests Were Peaceful
This summer’s Black Lives Matter protesters were overwhelmingly peaceful, our research finds
    2. Yes, even protests that turn into riots were legitimate protests. That doesn't mean the people who engaged in violence and/or property damage are freed of the legal consequences for criminal behavior.

    You're grasping at straws.

Over one million Americans died of COVID. Did one million Americans die from BLM protests? What a stupid comparison.
