Campaigning and deal-making counts. He's a politician. It remains to be seen if he's a successful one.

Technically is he really a politician before he gets on the teat of taxpayer?

I would say yes. If he's making speeches, debating other candidates, receiving money from the RNC, etc., in my view, he's a politician. One could split hairs and label him a "political candidate," I suppose.

Walker has actually lost ground of late (since the abortion stories came out and his son repudiated him). People are mocking him because he's a clown.

And most of the GOP would happily trade democracy as opposed to have a “Libbie” candidate elected. Hopefully, enough Normal people are on to this autocratic party and repudiates them. GOP candidates cannot even say that Biden legitimately won the election by getting more votes and electoral votes than Trump.

While I don’t always agree with Warnock what are the examples of his being any of these things?

Yes, he will do what he is told to do. That is all he will offer, but that seems to be all that some want

That's because Biden stole the election. The Dems cheated by counting votes from areas in the cities with large Black populations. That allowed them to win Wisconsin, Georgia, and Pennsylvania.

See what is happening in Florida? Because of the Hurricane, DeSantis issued an executive order relaxing voting laws in Lee, Charlotte and Sarasota Counties. All solid GOP counties. But her refused to do so for Orange County, even though Orange County asked. State legislative rules are absolutes for the GOP whelk they want to exclude Dem votes, but not when they want to count their own votes. OK to force people to vote in person on a pandemic, but not to enforce these r rules after a Hurricane. Either the state legislature’s rules are sacrosanct or not. Which is it? Dems don’t have the courage to challenge this.

To be fair, Orange County did not endure anything close to what the Gulf counties did. I mean not even close.
Lay off CNN. I don’t know.

True. But it has a lot of flooding and has lots of problems. All over the country, the GOP fought all the COVID rules because they were not authorized by legislatures.

    He can’t have been embarrassed.
    What Is Embarrassment?
Frequently grouped with shame and guilt, embarrassment is considered a “self-conscious emotion,” and it can have a profoundly negative impact on a person’s thoughts or behavior. The embarrassed individual becomes conscious of a real (or imagined) failure to comply with social norms and fears that others won’t view them as highly as a result. The ensuing embarrassment may be accompanied by feelings of awkwardness, exposure, shame, guilt, or regret.”
