Great. While not on the coast, we were hit pretty hard by Idalia. Looks like there's a good chance this one might come right over the top of us as well. Shout out to my employer, though. Before Idalia, they bought hundreds of big generators and gave them out to all the employees for free.

Big bend is low lying and vulnerable, not hugely populated, but storm surge could be very serious. Hope those folks take it serious.
The third time is the charm. Unfortunately, this one may a bit stronger than the other two. Those are old south tough people over there. I love Perry, Florida. It's like going to Brigadoon. May be a bad season for oysters in Apalachicola Bay. I'm more worried about flooding in the areas north and south of Tampa Bay.
