Oh I am sorry, I forgot we are dealing with the woke here..... What is the phrase used instead of retarded? Intellectually disabled? Never mind, in the future I will refer to it as the R-word. Wouldn't want to offend anybody.

Is speeding on an interstate considered breaking a federal law? Technically anyways?

I guess I committed a variation of one of the types of fraud listed (not in 2020 but all the way back in 1976). Before moving from Gainesville to Virginia I cast an absentee (not mail-in) ballot for Jimmy Carter in the presidential election. A week or so later my wife (also guilty of the same type of fraud) had moved into our new apartment in Alexandria, VA. I was still a resident of Florida when I voted although I was no longer a permanent resident of the state in which I voted at the time of the election.

    This always comes to mind.
Man admits to voter fraud in casting dead mother's ballot
MEDIA, Pa. (AP) — A Pennsylvania man who illegally voted for Donald Trump on behalf of his long-dead mother in last year’s presidential election was sentenced Friday to five years of probation. Bruce Bartman, 70, of Marple, pleaded guilty Friday to two counts of perjury and one count of unlawful voting. Besides his probation term, he will not be allowed to vote in an election for four years and is no longer eligible to serve on a jury.
    As does this:
Florida man cast fraudulent Trump vote with his dead father’s ballot, officials say
A state prosecutor said he will not bring voter-fraud charges against a Catawba County woman who said she cast an illegal vote for Donald Trump last year to fulfill her mother’s dying wish.
    And there's also this:
Woman avoids jail for voting dead mom's ballot in Arizona
McKee, who was from Phoenix suburb of Scottsdale but now lives in California, sobbed as she apologized to Maricopa County Superior Court Judge Margaret LaBianca before the judge handed down her sentence. McKee said that she was grieving over the loss of her mother and had no intent to impact the outcome of the election. “Your Honor, I would like to apologize,” McKee told LaBianca. “I don’t want to make the excuse for my behavior. What I did was wrong and I’m prepared to accept the consequences handed down by the court.” Both McKee and her mother, Mary Arendt, were registered Republicans, although she was not asked if she voted for Trump. Arendt died on Oct. 5, 2020, two days before early ballots were mailed to voters.
This one is probably the best:

Rosemarie Hartle, of Las Vegas, died in 2017 at age 52 from breast cancer, Kirk Hartle, told the I-Team last November. A ballot for Rosemarie was issued in October 2020 and later received by the county, but Kirk said the ballot never came to his house. The I-Team found even though Rosemarie died in 2017, her name appeared on the active voter list. “I would like to say that I accept full responsibility for my actions and regret them, and I’m thankful for your consideration,” Kirk Hartle told the judge Tuesday. Hartle is the chief financial officer at Ahern Rentals, which hosted a rally for former President Donald Trump last September and was cited for violating coronavirus protocols. The umbrella company hosted a QAnon conference in October at the Ahern Hotel off the Las Vegas Strip.

Is it always illegal though? I have not independently researched this but Florida, for example, seems to have several provisions that allow people to get help when voting.

Accessible Voting for Persons with Disabilities - Division of Elections - Florida Department of State

    Receive assistance to vote-by-mail.
If you receive a vote-by-mail ballot and are unable to personally mark or select your choices, you still can have anyone, other than your employer, agent of your employer or an officer or agent of your union, mark the choices for you or have the person assist you in marking your choices on the ballot. See section 101.661, Florida Statutes.

    Participate in supervised voting.
Supervised voting is available to any resident of an assisted living facility or nursing home. The facility’s administrator has to request the service or the Supervisor of Elections may provide the service if residents have requested vote-by-mail ballots. Supervised voting involves a supervised voting team from the Supervisor of Elections’ office who deliver the ballots and jointly supervise the voting. The date and time of supervised voting is scheduled in conjunction with the facility’s administrator. A resident voter always has the option to keep the ballot to vote at a later time and the right to seek help from someone other than the supervised voting team outside of the presence of the team to vote if made available at your assisted living or nursing home facility. See section 101.655, Florida Statutes.

If you go to the Rassummen data, it's Republicans leading the way in the categories they broke down. Why did republicans commit so much voter fraud, and still lose?

For example, 19% of Republicans, 16% of Democrats and 17% of unaffiliated voters who cast 2020 mail-in ballots say they signed a ballot or ballot envelope on behalf of a friend or family member.

On the question of voting in a state where they were no longer a permanent resident. more Republican mail-in voters (24%) than Democrats (17%) or unaffiliated voters (11%) admitted doing so.

I was going to point out that in the OP's poll, they clearly had the data to know what % of Pubs did it, and what % of Dems did it because they also collected who voted Deb vs. Pub.

But for some reason wasn't showing those stats.

Such complete BS! For 333 years MOL we've had elections in the United States of America, now suddenly, in the last election, a narcissistic and mentally ill LOSER in the election proclaims to the world the election he lost by 7,000,000 votes was fraudulent! The poll does NOT show widespread fraud, which has been the conclusion of every person and entity, including the courts, who have looked into the matter. Shame on you for trying to suggest otherwise with your post.
