Great to see Thomas play 4 minutes as the "3". Next year, I suspect he will be there often.

Anybody have access to +/- stats? In 29 minutes, I am guessing +20. We were down 10 early and the only times Auburn made runs in the second half, Haugh was out of the game.

If he gets to 35% from 3 he may be an all American as hard as he plays next year.

Still not sold on him as a full time wing because he is so effective out of our horns sets, passing and rolling to the basket, attacking the glass against less agile fours, etc. I think his energy makes a huge difference against bigs who aren’t used to it (which is most).

That said, if he can defend the wing, he can give us good minutes there. His length, rebounding, and shooting can create mismatches, and he we especially good out of it against the press.

Our staff kept telling us what a good player he was going to be, regardless of ranking.

Well said and I agree wholeheartedly.
He reminds me a little of Chandler Parsons at Florida as he became a better shooter from outside every year, until he went to the NBA.
The kind of bigs the pros like. Hopefully he gets more and more confidence in his outside shooting this year to help us in the NCAA tournament. Thomas with a couple of more years growth hopefully, the NBA gives him the green light. Thanks Thomas for coming to the Gators.

He was plus 27 at around the 14 min mark in the second half I heard on radio broadcast.
