What a football season! Finished 8-5 and oh what a roller coaster it was. I'm glad Napier survived and all the "knife sharpening" was dedicated to the SOW. LOL at Miami...........lolololololololol what was that Syracuse score again? Playoffs? Give me ANYBODY but UGA. Ole head has enjoyed rubbing noses with all youze Gator Nuts again this year. I tell ya ole Napier really is lazarus. Around the end of September he was "dead man walkin" only to be reborn as champion of Gator Nation! I'm glad, I like Napier, his team did not collapse like our friends at the SOW, or choke when it counted the most (Miami). Does HOPE float next year? I think so. Keep DJL healthy and continue to build the roster.
Love how it worked out! I'm convinced sticking with Napier was the right call and it will be proven in the years to come. What a journey! Yes he took the long way, most would like to have gone a shorter route...but hey! It was good for Supertramp. Happy New Year, Gator Nation!
