Hey, not all of us are anti-Semitic enough that we think most Israelis are idiots. That is just you.

Pain, pain, and more pain plus permanent defeat is the only thing that will convince the Palestinians. As a people, they don't want peace. They want the Jews in Israel exterminated and river to the sea returned to them.

The last nation on earth to have a hard on for the extermination of Jews was Nazi Germany. The German nation had to be completely destroyed in a world war with over 50 million casualties around the globe to end that scourge of evil on humanity.

Israel has no choice other to win. As Netanyahu told the US congress, never again is now.

You don't have a choice. Either you support Israel at war with Hamas, PLO, and its Palestinian people supporters or you support Hamas and terrorism.

You should put on your big boy britches and support Israel. This link is to a pin you should be wearing every day of the year:

FREE U.S. – Israel Flag Pin | Survey | International Fellowship of Christians and Jews (ifcj.org)

As you have no intention of personally joining the fight in support of Israel, wear it for your family.

Quoting Golda Meir won't help Israel win the victory it must have.

This is a fight the arguably best military, the IDF, has been engaged with for the better part of 60 years. They have yet to deliver a total victory knockout blow to Palestinian terrorists yet. Tell me why today will be different?

Because the Hamas terrorists barbarically butchered more Jews on October 7 than any other time since WWII. Today will be different because it has to be different.

I get that you don't like Netanyahu, but your lack of support for Israel is astonishing. The Jewish homeland was won in war in 1948, 1967, and has to be won again now. The Jewish state like freedom must be cherished, defended, and protected.

But it isn't different. The Oct 7 attack was the biggest terrorist attack, but not the first. Nor the last. The desire for a knockout blow doesn't make it any more feasible. The IDF had plenty of reasons to knockout the PLO and Hamas before Oct 7 and couldn't. Adding another reason won't change things.

This doesn't mean I'm against Israel or pro Hamas. It's just a truth we must accept. And then act pragmatically based on this truth.

You asked me to tell you why it is different this time, so I did. Clearly, we will never agree on whether the Israeli nation can win its declared war.

Bottom line, you don't speak truth other than what has historically been acceptable. Your variety of the truth is no longer acceptable. I do not believe you support Israel. In a war, you are either with us or against us. Sometimes I wonder if you are an Arab wolf disguised in Jewish sheep clothing.

If Israel wants to win over the Palestinian people they should take the northern half of Gaza and build some resorts on the coast to attract tourists to the area. Apparently, those beaches are beautiful and would be an attractive destination. Israel could maintain security for the area but let all of the local people have the jobs and begin rebuilding Gaza. The Holy Land is a tourist destination and if Israel provided the security those resorts would stay sold out.

"if Israel provided the security those resorts would stay sold out"

You present an excellent idea and one the international community should support. My only concern would be the Iranian radicals and those they back would start lobbing missles into this tourist district.

Keep believing this time you'll be able to kick that football, Charlie Brown! No way, with your determination, Lucy is going to pull the ball and you'll fall flat on your ass! LOL!

You gave zero specifics on why this time will be different. Again, Israel has had plenty of reasons to deliver a knockout blow to the PLO and/or Hamas over the better course of 60 years. It hasn't been possible yet. And being even more determined doesn't change jack. It's the nature of the Palestinian terror groups. They hide and recruit within the civilian population. And the more Palestinian terrorists you kill, the more they hide and recruit.

I would love it if the Israelis could deliver a total victory. It would be great for my family living there, other Israelis, and Palestinians. I would finally be able to feel safe enough to visit. But I'm also a realist. Stronger determination isn't a plan or any action that will help anyone defeat Hamas this time. And again, best military on the planet hasn't been able to deliver a knockout blow in 60 years. It's insane to believe this time will be different because....they really REALLY want to do it this time?!?!?! Bullshit.

And Israel can't keep rockets from landing in Israel. How are they going to keep rockets from landing from within Gaza? Not to mention, who works these resorts within Gaza? Palestinian civilians? The same civilians Hamas hides among and recruits?

One last try, you state the reasons Israel cannot and will not win this declared war on Hamas. Just saying it has never happened before is no answer, just a repeated distortion about what Israel is pledged and is resolved to do, win the war and secure the nation of Israel like never before.

Israel didn't look for the war, it was thrust upon them by Hamas and the Palestinian people. Israel must win because they have no other option than to disperse the Jews of Israel from its Promised Homeland. The chance of that happening is zero.

Insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results. Israel has been fighting these same terror groups for the better part of 60 years. No knockout blow. Israel isn't doing anything different this time with their fight against Hamas that they didn't try before with Hamas and the PLO before them. Therefore, it's insane to believe this time will be different.

Meanwhile, the IDF is spread thin and relying on donations. Reservists have been on duty now for over 200 days, with no end in sight, and Israel has had to recall soldiers out of retirement. And with continued hostilities, there is no end in sight for the hostages either.

What will happen is what has always happened. Israel and the Palestinians will strike a deal. This is because neither side has the ability to win outright. And eventually, the Israeli people will tire of war without end, and choose temporary peace over war with no realistic chance of an end game.

    Bold = Me.

    NO ANSWER.

Those are not reasons why Israel cannot win. They are your often repeated and always wrong subjective answers.
