    One was an Israeli American whose parents spoke at the DNC.

    The six hostages, whose bodies were found Saturday in a tunnel underneath Gaza discovered in Rafah, were in the same exact location Vice President Kamala Harris warned Israel of grave consequences if it entered.

    In March, Harris warned Israel of possible U.S. consequences, hinting that it would withhold weapons if it ignored the Biden Administration’s “red line” and invaded Rafah. In this crucial town, Hamas terrorists were believed to be hiding Israeli hostages.

    On Saturday, the bodies of six hostages, including Israeli American Hersh Goldberg-Polin, were found in Rafah, killed by Hamas terrorists. The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) said the hostages had been held for nearly 11 months.

    “According to our initial assessment, they were brutally murdered by Hamas terrorists shortly before we reached them," IDF spokesperson Rear Admiral Daniel Hagari said.

    The family of Israeli American hostage Hersh Goldberg-Polin announced the young man’s death early Sunday, ending a relentless campaign by his parents to rescue him that included meetings with world leaders and an address to the Democratic convention last month.

    Goldberg-Polin, 23, was seized by militants at a music festival in southern Israel on Oct. 7. The native of Berkeley, California, lost part of his left arm to a grenade in the attack. In April, a Hamas-issued video showed him, his left hand missing and clearly speaking under duress, sparking new protests in Israel urging the government to do more to secure his and others’ freedom.

    His bereaved parents mourned the news:

    “With broken hearts, the Goldberg-Polin family is devastated to announce the death of their beloved son and brother, Hersh. The family thanks you all for your love and support and asks for privacy at this time.”

    It would have helped if the US under this democratic administration had not strayed into support for terrorists combined with being antisemitic and anti-Israel. It has only served to embolden Hamas terrorists and the river to sea belief in Gaza.

    Democrats have been more concerned with buying votes in an election than supporting Israel which was brutally attacked by Hamas and was followed by a formal Israeli declaration of war on Hamas. Yet here we sit on this Sunday morning on the day after the 6 hostages were murdered with the US coddling antisemitism and anti-Israel rioters in our streets and on our campuses while we wait for the next round of hostages to be murdered by Hamas.

    Harris told them not go in there, and the hostages were murdered as they approached?

    Sounds like they’d still be alive if they’d listen Harris, huh?

    I mean, there is no good solution, here, but Hamas killing the hostages was the risk they took by “going in”…

    It's time to stop funding Israel. When they killed 30 Americans we did nothing about it. When they got caught spying on us we did nothing about it

    First he chooses to politicize it and then ham handedly makes the opposite of the obvious conclusion, if one were going to politicize it. This seems like something JD Vance might do.

    Mentioned it months ago. Although they obviously never explicitly stated it, Benjamin Netanyahu and his far right coalition cabinet considered the hostages expendable. They had the opportunity to negotiate a ceasefire with Hamas that would resulted in the release of the hostages and never did so. I'm not defending Hamas they're a terrorist organization and once again demonstrated that they are barbarous murderers. By the ETGator1 I'm not sure how you can blame Harris considering that the hostages were murdered when the IDF was attempting a very risk rescue. Freeing hostages held in a tunnel was an extremely high risk operation with a relatively low probability of success.

    By the way maybe the tragedy will hasten the end of the Netanyahu government once and for all.
