he isn’t doing games any more, but sits in the top row of the alumni side, court side seats.

 

So sorry to hear this.
Thanks to all on this board that reached out to let us know what he was going through. I have missed and will miss his thoughtful and balanced stewardship. I hope his family and loved ones will get some comfort from the expressions of grief posted from his virtual friends on this board.

Seeing “Hallgator’s Nuttin but Net” in the GC menu immediately made me nervous that this was the case. So sorry to hear this. It’s clear that he made a positive and important impact. Will miss him.

 

It strikes me that we can be upset about something like the Gators not making the tournament, then something like this puts life in perspective. There will always be another season, but there will never be another Hallgator.

RIP Hallgator! May God grant comfort and peace and strength to your family in this time.

My stomach dropped when I logged on and saw the forum had his name on it. I moderated this board over a decade ago with Hall and we shared quite a few private messages back and forth. Just genuinely nice in a way I can’t really describe. Asking a perfect stranger about work and whatever other crummy obstacles that slowed down my time here then lending heartfelt advice. I’ll truly miss seeing his posts. RIP pal.

 

RIP Hall and all the Gators we have lost lately including GrayGator and GatorKnights. May all their contributions and memories live within us until the end of our times and beyond.
