Well if you remember the AD or whoever said they don’t even have the funds collected to pay for Deion yet but they will find them. I assume there are some huge boosters they have in their pocket. I’m excited to see what happens to them from afar

It's very tricky. I don't know. But I'm sure it's somewhere on the site linked, but in the state of Florida kids are more regulated as far as when they can get money from NIL.

I do know that NIL money CANNOT be used, as a financial enticement to land players, by the coaches, schools or or anyone related to the schools. That is pay to play... illegal.
