Did you even read your own article? Apparently, Dr I.P. Freely and Dr Person Fakename strongly support Dr Ladapo - so nanny-nanny boo boo.

In addition to the medical quackery promoted by FL's Surgeon General, he is not living up to the terms of his contract. He was given (not earned) a tenured position at UF that required his presence on campus to teach and do research. He was supposed to bring up to $600,000 in grant money with him - that did not happen. He is not doing any of that yet is paid $250,000 by UF - for what? He has been to G'ville only twice.

Professors had anticipated Ladapo would bring at least $600,000 in grant funding to his new appointment from his previous job at UCLA. That didn’t happen. They expected he would conduct research on internal medicine, as directed by his job letter. Instead, he edited science research manuscripts, gave a guest lecture for grad students and wrote a memoir about his vaccine skepticism.

Ladapo, who also was required to fulfill a teaching requirement, wrote that he spoke at a UF Health Cancer Center Tobacco Control Working Group meeting in January, and he gave a lecture in an HIV course in July.

“I traveled to Gainesville on both occasions,” Ladapo wrote.

Don’t forget the ever reliable Dr. Johnny Bananas as well. Lmfao, Ladapo is a JOKE, and the whole science community knows it.

    From the article…..

“Republicans are at war with medical science, and that’s a horrible tragedy. But I feel like Cassandra, talking about the public health threat. We’re going to start seeing a lot more children die of infectious diseases that could be prevented if they were vaccinated.”

Come on. Everybody knows that Drs. I P Freely, Person Fakename, and Johnny Bananas are on-the-ground doctors who understand things much better than those experts with their fancy degrees.

The world is hilarious now. Idiocracy.

Ladapo became a vocal cheerleader of the governor’s anti-mask, vaccine and lockdown decrees; and was a prominent member of Frontline Doctors of America, a fringe cluster of radical physicians that pushed ineffective medicines such as ivermectin and hydroxychloroquine as a cure for the virus.

The group’s founder, Simone Gold, received a 60-day prison sentence in 2022 for taking part in the 6 January Capitol riot.

Don't worry I won't be reading it. The Guardian isn't exactly my go to source for information. That's all I have to say about that.

I went to high school in FL and graduated from UF. Love the state, hate the current idiocracy doing their best to ruin the place.

It's a shame that there is no vaccine against things like Ron DeSantis and Dr. Lapado. They've already infected us, as has Donald Trump, who to make things worse is an incurable disease.
