    With a new crystal ball from Blake at 247, the momo looks good for finally getting a MLB who can stop the run. Another Brandon Spikes in the making. With Graham enrolling, we are beginning to witness the end of using underweighted LBs.
    A portal swap of Howard for the mercenary freshmen recruit Hayes looks promising.

    Howard isn't a blitzing, rush the QB type of middle linebacker. Nor is he one that drops a ton into coverage. Howard's strength is his ability to diagnose run plays and fill gaps correctly to stop running backs at the line of scrimmage.

    According to PFF, he had 12 solo tackles and seven more assists. More importantly, he had zero missed tackles for the entirety of his freshman campaign.

    Listed a 6'4" and 241 pounds, Howard isn't a pup size wise.

    Well done BN and staff. Finally seeing the LB room taking a turn for the better after this recruiting season after so many years of being thin at such an important position on D.

    I can feel our defense getting better. A Hopefully soon hired solid LB coach along with promising DB and DL coaches has me hopeful we may finally be on the road back to Chucky.
