I think they need to weed out some of these garbage bowls and make it where you have to win 7 or 8 games to be eligible...prefer 8

I think he’s having FUN. That’s important. That wasn’t happening at Wisky. It’s important that goes into the equation when designing an offense and running a team. Everything is so buttoned up and business like in CFB now
Kudos to Cbn for being a beast evaluator

I like it, but when you’re not a power, five team winning six games can be quite to the achievement. We shouldn’t go to a bowl with six wins though

We are so lucky to have Mertz. There aren’t many qbs who would have beat sc. certainly not Milroe and Satan had his pick way over Napier.

It’s gonna be meaningful to us this year as Lagway wants to come in early for bowl practices.

He’s under throwing them deep. Not sure if it’s a protection issue where he can’t step into his throws or just not having a lot of experience with these young receivers or what.

It’s not about what you think. It’s about if it’s profitable or not for the bowl committees, sponsors and host cities.

He overthrew a bunch in prior games. I know I'm a broken record but I think he tried too hard to guide the ball and give his guy a chance this time hence the underthrown lobs. Kentucky game he missed two long ones by a few yards deep where his man had beaten the defender by a few steps.

He’s rushing it then. All you need is a little air then if your receiver’s got them beat.

I quit getting on the game threads, too many whiners that have little or no patience and think it’s okay to bash our coaches and players. Truly the worst kind of fans.

Yeah, and I've noticed a correlation between the trash talking crybabies, and those who aren't intelligent enough to grasp some of the most basic concepts of football. It's always the dumb, loud, mouth breathing simpletons who are complaining about players/coaches yet they don't even understand the sport they are watching.

We should always win six games is what I mean. It’s not much of an achievement

and also why I can't watch in sports bars. Idiots yelling about bad plays and penalties from first series to last.

anonymous posting has removed shame, making online discourse nearly fruitless.

There are some pretty good players in those garbage bowls. A short while ago this Pacheco kid was kickin' but for Rutgers. There are others too. You just have to give the games a chance.

The playoffs has really rendered these bowl games even more useless than before.

Teams with lower expectations. Enjoy them. Teams with hopes of national championships. Don’t even care if it’s a New Year ix bowl game. Teams like Oregon state will still come out and kick her ass if we take the night off. Take care.

    Love hearing this quote…

“I’m just having the most fun I’ve ever had playing this game”
