Post-conception? I don't see how the morning after pill would be considered as such. If you take it, you know, the morning after like it suggests, you wouldn't know if conception happened or not so it's not an "abortion pill". Not every sex act results in pregnancy.
I hope the rhythm method of contraception can stay below the GOP's radar. Talk about hard to legislate! The "method" is a tried and true approach than can be 80-87% effective given a 10 day monthly period of abstinence. Male condom are 98% effective without the bench time. I never understood the Church's prohibition of condoms while supporting other contraception methods.
