I remember Mike Pearson coming in around the fourth or fifth game and starting the rest of his freshman year. Out of Tampa he was a great one.
Here's some more good news. Jackson appeared on Instagram Live Monday night with fellow Gators commits Xavier Filsaime, LJ McCray and DJ Lagway. Filsaime said “We trying to flip the program around, that’s why we got to stay,” to which Jackson agreed multiple times over. The news still surprised Jackson, he told Swamp247. Florida outside linebackers coach Mike Peterson recruited Jackson to Gainesville. Buchholz's Kendall Jackson and Myles Graham remain committed to Florida football
Mertz returning is great news. A great mentor for Lagway. Next year, Tre, Bordingham, Jackson, our other TE that huge white dude. If our two young speedsters can up their game that be good too. Looks like most of the kids are hanging around and we might have some really good surprises in recruiting too. Most of the kids leaving I suppose want more playing time. I look forward to hearing about the coaches the most for right now. I'm excited for the kids that have committed. Go Gators.
It's obvious we'll need some OL studs. As mentioned a huge recruit or two and a portal guy. But we have some guys that will improve by next year as well. The sky isn't completely falling, there is just a low ceiling and it's overcast. I'm feeling it, baby. There's some good a-coming...
