Yep, we need to blitz the CBs more often... or at least once in a while. But yes, any play going sideways (a play behind the line of scrimmage) should result in a tackle for loss.
Coach Chapman getting after body language days it all!!! Steven Harris- I have TOTAL trust in Coach Chapman What's going on right now with the defensive line, this is what was lacking. To watch this, it gives me goosebumps, just to talk about it!
Wow, per Nick De la Torre, Caleb Banks has really come on, so he's not so sure Joey Slackman starts. But Slackman is still healing from a Bicep tear.
I apologize, as I did not put quotation marks around Harris quotes. Consequently, it was not clear who was expressing optimism about the defensive coach and the defense. Incidentally, someone objected to my comment on the negativity on this forum as "farting in the wind." I should have used the proper term "flatulence." A different form of saying the same thing and more acceptable. For the negative posters, I have created a number of positive posts, backed by solid takes. I have noticed most have continued their negativity, or they have remained mostly silent; and that tells me ALL I need to know!!!
HILARIOUS!!! The best I can do is apologize for the use of a slang word, because I can't offer them a safe room!!!
He gets it. Strong, effective DL, improved secondary, LB role becomes easier. Can't wait to have a solid if not smothering Defense.
Love, love, love it! We've been complaining about the tackling of the defense. Some have criticized Harris for taking unnecessary hits, but the db's sure were impressed! Florida football secondary coach Will Harris willing to take hits
