    It was different then. We don't have "liar" and "NINJA" loans anymore, at least not like we used to. The average homeowner has a record $300,000 in equity in their home and home equity loans are back to being very low. I think homeowners stand a much better chance at weathering this storm.

    Except for the ones who have to move during the storm. Hopefully the house prices where we are moving to will also be dropping and it will be a wash.

    One man’s suck is another man’s profits. My energy stocks doing well. And the pipeline stock very well.

    Apple up $11 so far today tho sales of iPhones and streaming services down.

    Yep. $11 so far today. The pandemic was great for AMZN but it is falling now that people seem to be going back into actual stores. So maybe my REITs will pick up.
