I'm sure there are people unjustly serving time for being let into the Capital building by the capital police and simply waking around.

I saw the video of a woman that was no where near the build getting beaten to death by a DC while over 20 other dirt murderous cops looked on. I can't wait for that justice...

These are not serious people.

 

There are a lot of people who did not enter the building in jail and are in line to go to jail.

I’m sure there are cases where some of the people who assaulted police officers but didn’t actually enter the building. They still belong in jail. Why don’t you show us an example of someone who did nothing wrong who is in jail or is waiting to be jailed?

 

"A lot" is an exaggeration and those that have been jailed but didn't enter the Capitol played a role in organizing insurrection.

Using an analogy the person who plans a bank robbery, the person who drives the getaway car and the person who actually enters the bank with a gun are all equally guilty of the crime even though only one of them entered the bank.

Are you aware of the videos where the police opened the doors and let people in? Are you aware that the police shot tear gas and rubber bullets into the crowd of people just standing there? Don't be unaware and think you are smart.
