Bears have gotta move on from Fields. They're gonna waste YEARS of that franchise's life keeping him QB1 (or at QB period to be honest, would love to see him in the slot)

Well he went and played at Ohio State in that gimmicky system. Ohio State has not yet produced a good QB in the NFL. Product of their system.
Technically this is the same issue he already went to court for. Now that the case has been resolved it automatically tiggers the NFL suspension. So timing wise it feels like he's in trouble "again" but it's the same issue that hopefully is behind him and he'll serve his suspension and get back at it (Saints were very aware this would happen)
Tough making a team during year. Just waiting for a team to have injuries at your position. The likelihood of additional concussions once you’ve been out with one for an extended period are much greater. Think how bad ass players were 30 plus years ago. Did not have helmets of today. Got your bell rung and back out playing next series.
That happens in Pop Warner and in high school all the time. But back in the day we never took time off, becasue there were no concussion protocols for it.
