Gator buzzer beater wins….

One no call where the officials should have been fined and put on probation. If they missed another call that could have change the outcome, they should be never allowed to do SEC games ever again. banned!

 

I did not see the game on TV. My wife was driving with me on 441 approaching the split to 6th Street near where Dubs used to be when we heard the play by play. She nearly drove off the road.

 

Had friends over to watch the game.

We have a tradition in our house of victory margaritas but I think that night it was a lot of shots.

 

I missed seeing this one in real time as I had a class (kind of) that I had to attend and only heard it on my radio in my office at UF. Funny thing was that I knew that he did it because I heard the roar on campus before I heard the outcome on the radio. Must have been a lag between cable and radio.

Of course I have seen this many, many times.

What I love about this play is that Teddy Dupay could have tried to be the hero and he was skilled enough to be the hero but he knew that Skinny was the guy destined to be the hero and made the pass. You don't see that very often.

 

I am hoping that soon we have a BUZZer beater.
